Compensation: Base Salary, plus a generous commission structure, plus a rich Benefit Package

Signing Bonus Available: $10,000 

Pay: $80K to $200K and beyond

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate your own leads - your efforts will be supported by MKT & Business Development.
  • Qualify opportunities as appropriate to DRYCO; make bid or no-bid decisions, with support from Management & Operations.
  • Verify job conditions; define scope of work; access accurate quantity of materials; estimate time frames; prepare proposals and return estimates according to DRYCO standards.
  • Provide accurate information to Schedule jobs with the operation's Team; communicate with dispatch; review projects with division managers and superintendents.
  • Provide accurate documentation on capture rate, accuracy of backlog, and win/loss on all proposal deliveries and all other requirements.
  • Effectively lead project management on all jobs; assess & assign resources & the crews in conjunction with the Operation's Team, resolve change orders, provide follow-through on billing and payment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Construction Management degree preferred &/or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years relevant Asphalt or Concrete Pavement Repair Estimating/Project Management experience
  • Experience with computerized estimating systems (contract management and scheduling software; Microsoft based preferred); AutoCad, Bluebeam
  • Strong customer related communication skills and proven organizational management skills
  • Able to successfully multi-task and organize with detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Exhibits a positive attitude with co-workers and customers
  • Self-motivated
  • Existing Business Relationships that would help you build your book of business
